AIS is always here to support you with any worries or issues you may have. Below is a list of telephone numbers you may find useful:

999:

The main emergency number for police, ambulance, fire brigade, coastguard, cliff rescue,

mountain rescue, and cave rescue. Calls are free from both a landline and mobile. 

111:

Connects you to the NHS for medical advice or treatment, or for urgent mental health

support. 

101:

The non-emergency number for the police. 

105:

Reports or requests an update of a power supply outage in your area. 

116 123:

The Samaritans, who provide confidential emotional support for people who are

experiencing feelings of distress, despair, or suicidal thoughts.
